  • Family Planning Advocates of New York State and Planned Parenthoods from Buffalo, Albany, Schenectady and Saratoga joined NY assemblyman Sam Hoyt and Lynne Slepian, whose husband, Dr. Barnett Slepian, was shot to death in 1998 in his Amherst home by an abortion opponent, at a press conference to introduce the Protections for Reproductive Health Care Act.
